Description
The specific research contract is intended to support the Commission in taking stock and assessing the implementation of Directive (EU) 2016/2284, and its continued relevance. It will assess whether the objectives of the Directive, in particular its contribution to achieving the air quality objectives of the Union, have been met taking into account other EU policies, such as Union climate and energy policies. The evaluation will consider the relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency and EU added-value of the Directive, in line with the Better Regulation Guidelines.
