Description
WIELD (Wordless Intervention for Epilepsy in Learning Disabilities) is a programme of research that aims to evaluate the use of a picture-based book to support epilepsy management and wellbeing for people with learning disabilities.
We have produced written and video-based guidance for how best to use the book in clinical consultations. We now propose a mapping exercise to identify key stakeholders, likely to be people/groups with lived experience of epilepsy and learning disabilities, health and social care professionals and policy makers. This will support dissemination of the guidance and future research, including external funding applications.
