Project Details
Description
This collaborative project will deliver the Steve Sinnott Foundation (SSF) a financially sustainable business model and social media strategy. This work will enable the SSF to continue its work developing much-needed resources for teachers and educators.
To achieve this objective, the lead academic at the University of Hertfordshire will support the recruited Associate and SSF with its strategic marketing capabilities, including a review of the current market position and Marketing Communications (MarCom) and Social Media strategy. Building on existing scoping work, a marketing proposal will be developed and will inform a comprehensive marketing strategy, underpinned by MarCom and Social Media operational plans. This work will be embedded in the organisation through a series of knowledge transfer workshops
