The University Enterprise Zone Lab consultancy services programme is funded through the RED fund from Research England. This programme aims to support SMEs and Start up business to develop new products and services.
Zipporah & Northstar offers programmes aiming to improve the employees’ well-being of their clients. In this project, the effectiveness of the programmes was investigated by analysing Pre and Post questionnaire responses on the programmes from the employees. A dashboard, which indicates how many employees have improved their well-being over a period of time after taking certain programmes – one dashboard for each of the aspects, such as anxiety, sense of wellbeing, productivity, energy and stress, was produced.
