Project Details
Description
The WISH programme supports Objective 15 of the International Olympic Committee’s (IOC) Gender Equality Strategy, to have more women eligible to participate as coaches at world and Olympic Games. The programme has been ongoing since 2019 with an established partnership agreement between the University of Hertfordshire and the IOC through Olympic Solidarity.
A recent report demonstrates the impact of WISH for the 123 women coaches involved to date. This proposed project is designed to share this learning; collaborating with key partners to co-produce creative learning resources for current and potential stakeholders within the global sport coaching arena.
