Abstract

One of the challenges of writing an editorial for a quarterly journal is that the time of writing is some time before the publication date. The particular challenge is selecting a subject which remains topical and relevant at the time of publication. However, one such topic that will be with us for the next few years and beyond is the United Kingdom’s (UK) Government’s Spending Review which was presented to Parliament in October 2010
