Abstract

In this paper the analysis of readback waveform frcm:="''1 etched magnetic disk has been made. According to the surface charge and volUIl'B charge of the etched magnetic element near the edge, an analysis expression could be derived, and five waveform cases are obtained, which have been demonstrated by experiment. From this analysis, we conclude that a high track density might be arrived.
