Abstract

Systematic review evaluating artificial intelligence applications in antimicrobial stewardship in LMICs, examining effectiveness, implementation barriers, and equity considerations. Findings demonstrated technical feasibility but highlighted major implementation gaps requiring capacity building, co-design, and sustainable financing.
