Abstract

This research focused on issues pertaining to development of an automated process to clear music samples for legal creative reuse. The contexts that will be considered concern the law, music products and audiences. Discussion under these themes will be infused with qualitative insights gathered via interviews with key stakeholders, namely industry-based lawyers, publishers, label owners and artists.
