Abstract

This report describes five patients presenting bizarre and dangerous behaviour when driving (on leaving disco-parties) in association with MDMA ('Ecstasy') ingestion. These behavioural disorders (observed together with other psychopathological features) are discussed in the light of the (acute and chronic) neurobiological consequences of MDMA abuse.
