Abstract
This book covers the topic of enzyme kinetics for a three-year undergraduate programme in bioscience. It begins with a thorough introduction into chemical kinetics, which forms the basis of all enzyme kinetics application. In addition to the basics of enzyme kinetics, specialised topics, such as multi-substrate reactions, single molecule kinetics and stochastic simulations are covered.
