Abstract

Developed from research into bass frequencies in the city as part of Sound Diaries at Oxford Brookes University, Fountains investigates sites of water in London as conduits to hear other sounds alongside field recordings of the sites themselves. These recordings are composed into a set of long form pieces and short sound sculptures.
