    Abstract

    The article considers research on evolutionary biology and psychological aspects of leadership. A study indicating that persons with asymmetries in their bodies between left and right such as differences in earlobe or finger length tend to have so-called transformational leadership qualities involving empathy and motivational skills is discussed.
