Human // Nature captures a slice of life in a single take, from a fixed camera set-up. The piece can be viewed as a process in which the spontaneous unfolding of everyday actions coalesces into an everchanging composition of shapes, lights and trajectories. The soundtrack combines the diegetic sounds of the setting with rhythmic and sonic materials that lend a quasi-epic dimension to the mundane proceedings.
