    Abstract

    We have examined whether modulation of the polyamine biosynthetic pathway, through inhibition by α-difluoromethylornithine (DFMO) of the rate limiting enzyme, ornithine decarboxylase (ODC), modulates NO synthesis in J774 macrophages.
