Constructed from recycled and improvised materials, the work explored instability and precariousness through its fragile physicality and resistance to gravity. Part of David Kefford’s DFA research, the piece developed as a hybrid bodily entity that responds to posthuman and queer ecological frameworks, emphasising weathering, adaptation, and material agency.
