Abstract

Digital transformations in the banking sector provide an opportunity to reimagining banking products and services (Lugovsky, 2021). OCBC Bank, one of the leading banks in Singapore, embarked on a digital transformation journey to enhance its banking services and customer experience. However, the bank encountered several challenges along the way, such as changing customer expectations, increasing competition, and evolving regulations. This case study explores how OCBC Bank overcame these challenges and achieved success in digital banking.
