Abstract

This research explored the experience of teachers who have presented on Science Learning Centre courses to identify any contribution to their leadership and career development. The impact on their professional skills, knowledge and understanding; professional attitude and identity was considered through a questionaire and semi-structured interviews. Some reasons for this impact were revealed.
