Abstract
Reflection has been included as a part of the assessment mix for some time and has lately become de rigueur in L&T practice. But what do we mean by reflection? Do our students understand what is required from them?
I will discuss the concept of reflection and how we can incorporate reflection and reflexivity in our pedagogy effectively.
