Abstract

The chapter considers attempts to implement routine outcome monitoring both at the level of the individual and at the level of the system. It draws on learning from both the Child Outcomes Research Consortium (CORC), the UK's leading membership organisation of mental health providers that supports members to collect and use evidence to improve children and young people's mental health and well-being, using specific examples.
