Abstract
The aim of this study is to research the relation between in service tarinning and
customer focused sales relations over sales related activities. The model of the
research is descriptive. As data collection tool survey has been used. The survey
consists five question of demographic information, two Scale Factors of which
are In service Trainning Perception Scale and Customer Focused Sales Scale.
After the relation has been examined it is confirmed that there is both statistical
and positive relation among the all subdimesions. In service trainning positvle
effects the employees both sales skills and customer focality.
