Abstract
We quantitatively and qualitatively investigated 2-dimensional (2D) and 3-dimensional (3D) imaging with scan-time reduction in 14 patients with 17 lesions, who had known or suspected head and neck cancer, using a bismuth germanate (BGO) crystal based PET/CT scanner with noise-matched images.
