N2 - CPD research is abundant in nursing and medical fields but limited in mental health. This study addresses the gap by exploring peer-led CPD experiences in a psychology family safeguarding team. Seven participants took part in semi-structured interviews. A thematic analysis revealed three main themes: staff experiences, learning opportunities, and suggestions. Participants reported positive experiences and incidental learning within peer-led CPD sessions. Participants noted power dynamics within staff hierarchy, and highlighted areas for improvement, including adherence to best practice guidelines. Ten recommendations include CPD logging clarity, greater systemic therapy content, face-to-face sessions, and stronger links between CPD content and patient impact..
