    Abstract

    This book examines how educational demands in the field of social work have changed, and it also deals with practice and policy issues connected to social work, including the effects of neoliberal policy, the growth of individualisation, and the crisis of the welfare state in a variety of European countries, in analysis of these issues in relation to the local national contexts.
