Abstract
The SHAKE Climate Change Programme is a distinctive, mission-led innovation accelerator designed to address the urgent challenges of agricultural sustainability and productivity. Established in 2019, SHAKE selectively supports science-based ventures with the potential to deliver measurable gains in food production while significantly reducing environmental impacts. This approach aligns directly with the APPGSTA’s 30:50:50 Innovation Agenda, which aims to increase domestic food production by 30% and reduce agriculture’s environmental footprint by 50% by 2050.
