Survey application was made to the 422 people selected by convenience sampling method. Survey form was used as data collection tool in the research. Data analysis was done in SPSS 16 package program. In the survey, women's attitudes towards behavioral and environmental awareness were higher than those of men with environment- oriented buying behaviors; it has been found that the attitudes of the university and graduate educated individuals are higher than those of high school graduates. It has been found that cognitive, attitudinal and behavioral environmental conception in the research is influential on environment oriented and saving focused purchasing behavior, while conception and behavioral environment conception is more influenced by environment based buying behavior than savings focused buying behavior.
