Abstract

The Channel Tunnel between Great Britain and France is the largest construction project in Europe and has implications for the size and nature of tourism. The economic impact of this new tourism opportunity upon London in particular is discussed within the framework of planning for the region in general. © 1992 Taylor and Francis Group, LLC.
