Abstract
Invited artist talk delivered at MASS HQ, London, exploring Thinking Through Making with the More-Than-Human.
The presentation examined how material encounters and sculptural processes can create awareness of ecological entanglements, queer ecology, and post-human perspectives within creative practice.
It included an action learning workshop in which participants created “fidgetable” physical doodles and pocket sculptures using small items of waste material to explore tactile engagement, transformation, and embodied knowledge.
The event connected studio-based sculptural practice with wider discourse on material agency, relational making, and sustainability.
