Abstract
Transnational education (TNE) is an established part of the UK’s higher education provision, integral to the growth of UK education and its expanding reputation in many countries around the world. As the TNE sector grows, an increasing number of people will become engaged in TNE in at least one of its many guises. Working transnationally brings its own challenges and there is often limited support for those new to TNE. This toolkit aims to offer some support to those involved in TNE. Focusing specifically on quality assurance and enhancement; the logistics of TNE; learning, teaching, and assessment; and relationship building, this toolkit provides guidance, checklists, questions, and authentic experience to both inform and stimulate reflection about TNE.
