    Abstract

    This text offers advice to teachers on pursuing professional development through book clubs, through Critical Friends Groups, and research groups. It discusses how action research has been utilised by teachers in a particular curriculum reform project. It also examines the education of teachers by providing a view of what is happening in various cohorts and other small group configurations globally, with particular respect to diversity.
