Submissions were assessed against a number of criteria:
• Research background – we were keen to ensure the RAG represented researchers at all stages of their career from ECRs, Mid-Career and Senior.
• Research active – the role of the RAG is to provide advice and guidance to APM’s research programme and therefore it was important to include researchers who have produced notable recent publications and have been involved in disseminating research to the project profession at conferences and events.
• Research leadership – going beyond publications this was to seek examples of leading research on behalf of the profession for example leading tracks at notable conferences, in receipt of any recent research prizes or major grants, helping to lead research in dynamic fields for example
• Diversity – we wanted to ensure that RAG members represented the diverse range of Universities and researchers within the project profession covering a broad range of subjects and faculties.
